Ashwin Kumar is an experienced legal professional with an LLB in Law from The University of Sheffield and a PgDip in Bar Professional Training Course from the University of the West of England. Currently serving as the Assistant Director, Legal at Sunway Healthcare Group, he previously held the position of Senior Legal Manager with the same organization. With over 3 years of experience in this role, Ashwin has managed various legal matters, including group litigation, corporate advisory, and compliance. He is a key member of the Sunway Research Ethics Committee and serves as the Personal Data Protection Officer.
